Coffee is a perishable product. Once delivered, you are responsible for proper storage. We recommend storing coffee in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns on opened items are not accepted (see our Refund Policy for details).

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
